Qısa xülasə. Qoru tətbiqinin hazırkı versiyası heç bir şəxsi məlumat toplamır, saxlamır və üçüncü tərəflərə ötürmür. Tətbiqdə hesab, qeydiyyat, reklam və analitika izləməsi yoxdur. Tətbiq internetə heç bir sorğu göndərmir.

1. Tətbiq nədir

Qoru küçədə görülən heyvanları xəritədə qeyd etməyə, xəstə və ya ölü heyvan barədə aidiyyatlı quruma müraciət etməyə, sağlam heyvanı sahiblənməyə və ya yemləməyə kömək etmək üçün nəzərdə tutulmuş tətbiqdir. Hazırkı versiya klik olunan prototipdir: xəritədəki bildirişlər, heyvanlar və statuslar nümunə məlumatlarıdır.

2. Hansı məlumatları toplayırıq

Heç birini. Hazırkı versiyada:

hesab və ya qeydiyyat tələb olunmur;
kamera, yer (GPS), kontaktlar və ya digər cihaz icazələri istifadə olunmur; tətbiqdəki icazə dialoqları yalnız nümayişdir;
şəkil çəkilmir və saxlanılmır;
tətbiqə yazdığınız mətnlər (məsələn, sahiblənmə formasındakı telefon nömrəsi və mesaj) yalnız cihazınızın yaddaşında, tətbiq açıq olduğu müddətdə saxlanılır və heç bir serverə göndərilmir; tətbiqi bağlayanda silinir;
analitika, reklam identifikatoru, çərəz və ya izləmə texnologiyaları yoxdur.

3. İnternet və üçüncü tərəflər

Tətbiq bütün məzmunu (səhifələr, şriftlər) öz paketində daşıyır və işləmək üçün internetə sorğu göndərmir. Heç bir üçüncü tərəf xidməti (analitika, reklam şəbəkəsi, xəritə provayderi) qoşulmayıb. Tətbiqdəki "Zəng et", "Ödə" və "Paylaş" düymələri simulyasiyadır və real zəng, ödəniş və ya paylaşma etmir.

4. Uşaqlar

Tətbiq uşaqlara yönəlməyib və uşaqlardan bilərəkdən heç bir məlumat toplamır.

5. Gələcək versiyalar

Real (prototip olmayan) buraxılışda tətbiq heyvanın şəklini çəkmək və xəritədə yerini göstərmək üçün kamera və yer icazəsi istəyə bilər, bildirişləri saxlamaq üçün server istifadə edə bilər. Belə dəyişikliklərdən əvvəl bu siyasət yenilənəcək, tətbiqdə açıq razılıq istənəcək və dəyişiklik tarixi bu səhifədə göstəriləcək.

6. Hüquqlarınız

Hazırkı versiya şəxsi məlumat saxlamadığı üçün silinməli və ya düzəldilməli məlumat yoxdur. Tətbiqi cihazdan silmək onunla bağlı bütün yerli məlumatı silir. Azərbaycan Respublikasının "Fərdi məlumatlar haqqında" Qanununa uyğun olaraq hər hansı sualınız olarsa, aşağıdakı ünvana yaza bilərsiniz.

Summary. The current version of Qoru does not collect, store or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no ads and no analytics. The app makes no network requests.

1. What the app is

Qoru helps people pin street animals on a map, notify the responsible authority about a sick or dead animal, and adopt or feed a healthy one. The current version is a clickable prototype: the reports, animals and statuses shown on the map are sample data.

2. Data we collect

None. In the current version:

no account or registration is required;
camera, location (GPS), contacts or other device permissions are not used; the permission dialogs inside the app are a demonstration only;
no photos are taken or stored;
text you type into the app (for example the phone number and message in the adoption form) stays in device memory only while the app is open, is never sent to any server, and is discarded when the app closes;
there are no analytics, advertising identifiers, cookies or tracking technologies.

3. Internet and third parties

All content (pages, fonts) ships inside the app package; the app does not need or use an internet connection. No third-party services (analytics, ad networks, map providers) are integrated. The "Call", "Pay" and "Share" buttons are simulations and do not place calls, make payments or share anything.

4. Children

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any information from children.

5. Future versions

A production (non-prototype) release may ask for camera and location permission to photograph an animal and show its position on the map, and may use a server to store reports. Before any such change this policy will be updated, explicit consent will be requested in the app, and the change date will be shown on this page.

6. Your rights

Because the current version stores no personal data, there is nothing to correct or delete; uninstalling the app removes all local data. For any question under the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data" or the GDPR, contact us at the address below.
